Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer React and Mobile App to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and help drive best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. - Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Mentor and guide junior engineers. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React Native. - Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular). - Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL). - Domain experience in retail is a plus.
