Conducted regular performance tuning and capacity planning to optimize system performance. Managed 24x7 monitoring and support for production environments, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution. Performed security audits and applied patches to maintain system security and compliance. Trusted Source Integrations like HRMS, Active Directory, etc. & Custom(Connected and Disconnected) application integration. Custom Email Notification and Event handler, custom Scheduler implementation knowledge. Should have experience in SQL and Java to understand and debug the DB and code-level issues. Good to have experience on SSO integration, SAML and token-based authentication.
