Job Description

Develop software applications to support key business functions for RD. Coordinate, plan, and execute software deployments to production, test, and development platforms using documented procedures and tests.

Troubleshoot and investigate. Develop solutions to problems involving causes that are not obvious. Respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors that do not have a known cause. Perform tasks necessary to ensure data integrity and system stability.

Write and maintain all documentation supporting the primary area of responsibility. Apply knowledge of current technologies and methodologies with business subject matter to develop technical solutions. Confer with stakeholders to gain an understanding of the situation requiring intervention. Translate process into practice through the current Information Technology toolsets.

Obtain advice from higher-level Information Technology associates when precedents are unclear. Participate actively in the software release process.
