Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Software Development Engineer, located in Inkollu. The role involves leading diverse software development projects, designing and implementing innovative software solutions, and providing technical expertise in back-end web development and programming. The candidate will be expected to stay up to date with industry standards, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals and principles
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and creating scalable systems
• Extensive experience in Software Development and Programming
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices
• Proven ability to lead development projects and mentor team members
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience with modern development frameworks and version control systems is a plus
