About the Role:

We are hiring a senior Java backend engineer (L8) to design and build scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality backend solutions.

Key Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable

  Java + Spring Boot microservices

• Build REST APIs, optimize backend performance, and ensure high availability.
• Write efficient SQL queries, optimize DB schema and performance.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to team members.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and security best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud environments preferred.
