JD:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data-driven & event-driven applications.
Build backend services with Python (Django/Flask) and integrate with PySpark pipelines.
Own tasks from design to deployment independently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering & solution delivery.
Mentor junior developers in best practices & problem-solving.
Work with RDBMS & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
Integrate with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ).
Ensure smooth deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker).
Core Skills & Technologies
Languages: Python 3
Frameworks: Django, Flask, Apache Spark (PySpark)
Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
Messaging: Kafka, MQ
CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Docker
Monitoring: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
Good to Have
Knowledge of Data Lake/Data Warehouse concepts
Exposure to large-scale distributed systems
Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in software development, 2+ years in PySpark
Strong backend expertise with Django/Flask
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
