Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our fast-growing development team. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in C#, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), and PHP. You ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for diverse client projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to technical standards. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to our tech stack.

Required Technical Skills

C# : Strong backend development experience including RESTful APIs and integration services.
MERN Stack: Proficient in full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. PHP: Experience with custom PHP development or frameworks like Laravel/CodeIgniter. Proficient in working with relational and non-relational databases. Version control systems like Git.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
