Senior Software Delivery Analyst - Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to work with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (MSC-X) practice and consulting teams in McKinsey to design and implement advanced digital integrated planning solutions. Your role will involve participating in the complete project lifecycle, from design to delivery, and working closely with architects to develop clear functional and technical designs. Key Responsibilities: - Work with the MSC-X practice and consulting teams to design and implement advanced digital integrated planning solutions - Participate in the complete lifecycle of a project, from design to delivery of APS to customers across industries and geographies - Gather an understanding of customer requirements by participating in workshops and documenting processes - Develop clear functional and technical designs, document data requirements, and build complex datasets - Configure the APS platform based on the design blueprint to solve operations/supply chain problems - Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases, document issues, and track progress of resolutions - Lead junior system configurators (delivery analysts) and review quality of work - Play a lead role towards clients and provide support in Super User and End User training - Help improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback - Work hands-on with clients in need of supply chain solutions across different industries and geographical regions - Be based in Gurugram/Chennai/Bengaluru and travel frequently to serve clients onsite Qualification Required: - Post-graduate degree in operations management, statistics, or industrial engineering with a strong quantitative background - 3+ years of experience with implementing planning applications like SAP IBP, with a focus on demand or supply planning - Exposure to Kinaxis/Blue Yonder/E2Open/OMP/Anaplan/Riverlogic/AIMMS is a plus - Experience in translating business requirements to technical features and integration - Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning, S&OP, Heuristic/Optimization based supply chain solvers - Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills through software tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar - Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and proficiency in languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation - Strong ability to lead by example, demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain, and manage customer expectations effectively,
