Senior Social Media Executive

full-time, remote role

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-platform social media strategies for Citadel Coworkers’ brand presence
• Create and manage monthly content calendars
• Coordinate with the internal design team for graphics and video content
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
• Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
• Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing regular reports on growth and engagement
• Research social trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
• Respond to internal feedback and adapt campaigns accordingly
• Stay updated with platform changes and advertising policies

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social copywriting, and branding
• Experience working with designers and video editors for creative content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with TikTok trends and short-form video content is a plus
• Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing or TikTok Ads
