Senior Sitecore Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Sitecore Developer at The MISSION Group Plc., you will be part of the MISSION Made team in Pune, India, working on digital strategy and development projects across APAC. Your main role will involve guiding an experienced team to achieve their full potential, focusing on project delivery for Sitecore projects. You will be responsible for C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development, ensuring high productivity and quality. Your performance will be measured by project delivery, staff accreditation, and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will support sales efforts by assisting with scoping and estimates, as well as researching new technologies for innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Build dynamic and high-performing web applications and components on the Sitecore platform. - Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. - Write well-structured, efficient, clean, and testable code for high-quality solutions. - Contribute to technical scoping and provide accurate estimates during the pitch process. - Keep project managers informed of development progress and potential challenges. - Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate issues to maintain project momentum. - Continuously develop your expertise by training and certifying as a Sitecore developer. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in Sitecore development. - Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, MS SQL, and web technologies. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software development best practices. - Proficiency in JavaScript (including jQuery and Vanilla), HTML, and CSS. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Sitecore certification would be a valuable asset.
