Senior Sitecore Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Sitecore Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and testing new web software applications. Your expertise in Sitecore development, knowledge of .NET languages, and experience with web services will be crucial for maintaining and enhancing existing software systems. Your familiarity with agile environments and strong communication skills will contribute to the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum qualifications include a 4-year Computer Science degree. - Possess at least 5+ years of experience in Sitecore development. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the latest versions of Sitecore, preferably 9.X and 10.X. - Familiarity with Sitecore modules such as SXA and EXM will be advantageous. - Experience in Sitecore Commerce is a plus. - Strong proficiency in Visual Studio, TFS, and at least one of the .NET languages (VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET). - Identify and rectify software defects while maintaining existing software systems. - Implement and understand web services (REST or SOAP) effectively. - Develop test plans and technical specifications. - Work with MVC frameworks and Software Patterns. - Utilize Microsoft Release Management Studio or other Continuous Integration Management tools. - Engage in UI/front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML 4/5, and CSS3.
