Job Description

Build products withMVRsandreliability standards, ensuring system resilience and scalability.
Set up and operateobservability toolsacross multiple cloud providers, incorporatingAI-powered anomaly detectionto enhance monitoring.
Assist development teams in definingSLO/SLI dashboards and alerts, optimizing alerting signals withML-based noise reduction techniques.
UseGo, Python, or Terraformto automate operational tasks and build self-healing mechanisms.
Manage and administerGrafana, Prometheus, Loki, and other observability tools, integratingpredictive analyticswhere beneficial.
Troubleshoot and supportproduction environments, using AI-assisted diagnostics where applicable for faster root cause identification.
Automate incident response workflows, leveragingAIOpsto reduce manual toil and improve MTTR.

What Youll Need to be Successful

Minimum of5 years experiencein aSaaS environment.
Bachelors degreeor equivalent experience.
Ability to participate in anon-call rotation.
Strong understanding ofnetworking(OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS), particularly incloud environments.
Experience withLinux administration, security hardening, and performance tuning.
Passion fortroubleshootingdistributed systems and software failures.
Deep understanding ofobservability principles, includinglog analysis, tracing, and metrics correlation.
Strong background ininfrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi)andcontainer orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Nomad).
Interest inAI-powered automation, includingAIOps tools, ML-based alert tuning, and predictive maintenance.
Experience with Observability tools likePrometheus,grafana or OpenTelemetry with ML-based anomaly detectionis a plus.
Excellenttechnical writingskills for documenting architectures, processes, and automation workflows
