Site Location-Ghatkopar

Working Days & Time-Monday to Saturday 9.30 to 6.30

Note-Interview will be F2F on 5th(Friday) in second half

Senior Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all civil engineering activities on site, from earthworks and foundations to structural erection and exterior finishes.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and architectural plans to ensure accurate implementation.
• Lead and supervise a team of junior engineers, foremen, and labor crews.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Make detailed project budgets and ensure work is carried out within the budget.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control procedures and health, safety, and environmental protocols on site.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered as per the project timeline.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues and unforeseen challenges promptly and effectively.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in residential and commercial building construction, with a proven track record of managing site operations.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction practices, building codes, and material standards in Mumbai.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• BMC license
• Preferred to have experience with ERP, specifically Farvision ERP
