Senior Site Engineer

As a Supervisor overseeing the installation of insulation materials in various settings, your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the activities of insulation workers, ensuring they follow safety procedures and company policies. - Inspecting work for conformance to specifications and ensuring the quality of workmanship. - Estimating, planning, and requisition of necessary materials and supplies for projects. - Demonstrating techniques to new workers and potentially training them in safety procedures. - Compiling production and worker performance reports, as well as daily reports on project progress. - Identifying and resolving issues related to the installation process and ensuring projects are completed on time. - Prioritizing safety on all projects, ensuring proper equipment use and adherence to safety regulations. - Ensuring that all work meets relevant codes and industry standards. - Involvement in estimating costs for insulation projects. Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Basic knowledge of Ms Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). - Experience in the Insulation Sector would be advantageous. - Industrial Contracting Work Experience of 1-2 Years is a must.
