Senior Site Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with strong site execution, billing, and supervision experience to manage interior fit-out and building construction projects. The role requires hands-on site presence, coordination with contractors, and preparation of accurate bills and measurements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-outs and building construction projects
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQs, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers
• Monitor quality standards, safety practices, and material usage on site

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and client bills
• Take site measurements and maintain MBs (Measurement Books)
• Cross-check contractor bills against BOQs and actual site progress
• Maintain proper site documentation and records

Planning & Coordination

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Coordinate material requirements and site logistics
• Support project managers in resolving site-level issues and variations

Reporting

• Daily and weekly site progress reporting
• Highlight delays, risks, and cost deviations proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 6–12 years of experience in:
• Interior fit-outs (retail, commercial)
• RCC & building construction (colleges/institutional preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• BOQs, billing, measurements
• Site execution and supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word
• Ability to manage multiple sites if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,654.16 per month
