Senior Site Engineer (civil)

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Milestone Consolidation & Approvals

o Collect and consolidate milestone sheets prepared by assigned Junior Engineers for their respective projects.

o Review and validate the milestone plans to ensure accuracy in project schedules, procurement planning, and labour allocation.

o Obtain sign-off from the Project Manager, who will secure final approval from the Directors. o Share the approved milestone sheets with the respective Junior Site Engineers for execution.

2. Order of Items Management

o Gather and verify the Order of Items reports (including Bill of Quantities) prepared by Junior Engineers.

o Review and approve these reports before submitting to the Project Manager for Director-level approval.

o Ensure the approved order lists are communicated to Procurement at least one week in advance.

o Follow up with procurement teams at least three days in advance of requirement and immediately report any anticipated delays to the Project Manager 24 hours in advance.

3. Site Quality & Photo Approvals o Approve and validate site photos uploaded daily by Junior Engineers, ensuring they accurately represent work before and after completion. o Conduct regular site visits to monitor that all work meets the required quality standards and specifications.

o After each visit, upload one or two site photos to the project repository and share feedback with Junior Engineers.

4. Team Training & Supervision o Train and guide Junior Engineers on project planning, documentation, quality checks, and safety standards.

o Ensure quality checks are conducted at each site and documented properly. o Provide continuous mentoring to maintain consistency and improve team competency. 5. Reporting & Communication

o Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager on project progress, procurement status, and site quality.

o Escalate any material or labour delays to the Project Manager at least 24 hours in advance.

o Submit consolidated project updates and site quality reports regularly.

• They have to flexible to travel through out pan India.
• Bike is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
