Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint resource with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our team. This role will focus on building, deploying, and maintaining SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions integrated with Azure services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SharePoint Online, Office 365, and a proven track record of delivering complex SPFx projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain SPFx Solutions: Create, test, and deploy web parts, extensions, and other custom solutions using the SharePoint Framework.

Azure Integration: Design and implement solutions that leverage Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Storage, to enhance SharePoint functionality.

Modern SharePoint Experience: Utilize modern SharePoint design patterns, best practices, and the latest Microsoft 365 development standards.

API Management: Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate SPFx solutions with external systems and data sources, including Microsoft Graph API and custom APIs.

Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices in line with Azure AD, OAuth, and Office 365 security requirements to ensure compliance and data protection.

Performance Optimization: Optimize SPFx solutions for performance and scalability within SharePoint Online and hybrid environments.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Documentation and Support: Write technical documentation and provide support for deployed SPFx and Azure-integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

SPFx Development: 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and related technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

Azure Experience: Proven experience with Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure DevOps.

Office 365 Development: Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Office 365, and Microsoft Graph API.

API Integration: Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON.

Security and Compliance: Understanding of Azure AD, OAuth, and Office 365 security models.

Version Control: Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.

Soft Skills:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Teams app development.

Knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI for data integration and visualization.
