Key Responsibilities:

Lead ServiceNow platform customization and integration
Develop service request workflows and dispute management solutions
Automate business processes using scripting and native tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver releases
Design dashboards, reports, and performance analytics
Conduct system and integration testing
Maintain technical documentation and data integrity

Required Skills:

3-6 years of ServiceNow development and administration
Strong experience with UI Builder, Playbook, CIS-CSM, and integrations
Proficiency in scripting and ServiceNow modules
CSA certification and at least one CIS (CSM or IRM)
Experience in dispute management and Financial Services Operations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Foundation certification
Experience with SDLC tools like JIRA or TFS
Knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
