Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and custom applications to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
Provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes and best practices.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools to enhance functionality.
Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and user guides.
Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption strategies.
Support change management, user training, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Experience Required:

5-9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
Proven experience in implementing ITSM, GRC, or IRM modules.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
