Job Description

Description Minimum 4 Years ServiceNow Experience as Business Analyst for a Development team and should have handled ITSM and HRSD Modules Analyzing and documenting requirementsWorking with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new ServiceNow processes Collaborating with developmentWorking with the ServiceNow development team to validate solutions and ensure they meet quality standards Designing and implementing solutionsDesigning and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business and IT requirements Improving processesIdentifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and automating tasks Managing testingManaging User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities Communicating with customersHosting demos and explaining ServiceNow capabilities to customers End2 End Ownership of the project tasks ( Stories ). Demonstrate understanding of application modules including ITSM, HRSD, Self-service Portal, Virtual Assistance, Flow Designer, Integrations hub and ATF, Strong understanding of GenAI - Now Assist features Deep knowledge on Core table structures, Common SN APIs ,Scoped applications and SN store applications/plugins Good knowledge on how inbound and outbound web services (specifically REST) work within ServiceNow Good to have Previous ServiceNow Development Experince Named Job Posting? (if Yes - needs to be approved by SCSC) Additional Details Global Grade C Level To Be Defined Named Job Posting?
