Responsibilities

*Primary Responsibilities:*

• Service Coordination:Overseeing the service and maintenance of DG sets, including guiding service engineers, coordinating with vendors for spare parts, and resolving service issues.
• Customer Relationship:Managing customer interactions, addressing their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with DG set performance.
• Technical Expertise:Providing technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated on the latest hardware and software advancements.
• Installation and Commissioning:Potentially involved in the on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of new DG sets.
• Performance Management:Monitoring the performance of the DG sets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Root Cause Analysis:Investigating the root cause of issues with DG sets, especially those with significant impact, and collaborating with engineering teams to find resolutions.
• Project Management:Managing specific service or repair projects related to DG sets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
