Senior Service Desk Coordinator

As a Senior Service Desk Coordinator at Diebold Nixdorf, you will play a crucial role in providing proactive user helpdesk services to address inbound customer service requests. In this role, you will receive incidence/service requests from Technicians and/or level 1 agents, as well as atomized incidents. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to address complex/difficult service issues, performing technical analysis of specific incidents and service requests, and leveraging the corporate knowledge base to guide customers through incident resolution steps. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support on bridge lines with Project Managers and Customers, offer information and spare part recommendations for onsite service provision when remote resolution is unsuccessful, and gather recurring/systemic failure information to develop reports for management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software training and advice to less experienced team members. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in Service Desk Support (L2) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A graduation degree is mandatory, and proficiency in local/client's language skills as well as business English skills is required. You should also have hands-on experience with Citrix, Jump server, remote applications, monitoring tools, and a good understanding of command prompt.
