Senior Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator at our company, your role will involve assessing clients" needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations about our services. You will be responsible for pointing clients towards suitable services, resources, and providers, explaining how our solutions can address their pain points, and overseeing job training for the client care team. Resolving any issues concerning service delivery and maintaining clients" service records are also key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and stay updated on new services we develop. Your input in evaluating our services and identifying areas for improvement will be valuable. Key Responsibilities: - Assess clients" needs - Point clients towards suitable services, resources, and providers - Explain how our solutions can address clients" pain points - Oversee job training for the client care team - Resolve issues related to service delivery - Answer phone calls and emails - Schedule client appointments - Maintain and track clients" service records - Stay updated on new services - Evaluate services and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Required: - Total work experience: 4 years (Required) Please note that the work location for this full-time, on-site position is in person.
