Senior Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our expanding team and provide expert guidance on our services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be friendly, compassionate, detail-oriented, and genuinely focused on advocating for and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include assessing clients" needs, directing them to suitable services, resources, and providers, articulating how our solutions can address their concerns, supervising job training for the client care team, addressing issues related to service delivery, responding to phone calls and emails, scheduling client appointments, managing and monitoring clients" service records, keeping up-to-date on new services, evaluating our services, and contributing to the identification of areas for enhancement. This is a full-time, on-site position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday during day shifts. The candidate should have at least 4 years of total work experience.
