About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior SEO Strategist with a proven track record of scaling organic growth, managing technical SEO, and utilizing modern tools and AI platforms to enhance search performance.
All our clients are based in the UAE, so experience or a strong understanding of the UAE market SEO trends, local keyword targeting, and region-specific strategies is essential. You'll lead strategy execution while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies tailored for the UAE market
Conduct technical SEO audits and improve Core Web Vitals
Optimize on-page/off-page performance and content clusters
Use AI-powered SEO tools (SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.) for content planning and optimization
Build and manage a high-quality link-building strategy through outreach, digital PR, and partnerships
Lead Google Business Profile & Local SEO campaigns (UAE-specific)
Analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Search Console
Monitor algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly
Collaborate with developers, content teams, and designers
Mentor and guide junior SEO professionals
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong knowledge of UAE SEO trends, search behavior, and geo-targeting
Proven expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO
Solid experience with white-hat link building and backlink profile management
Mandatory experience using AI-assisted SEO tools like SurferSEO, ChatGPT, or Jasper
Proficiency in tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Looker Studio
Experience in managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles
Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
Ability to lead results-focused SEO strategies with measurable ROI
