You are an experienced and result-driven Senior SEO Specialist being sought to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SEO strategy, team management, and content optimization. Your role will involve delivering measurable results in enhancing search rankings and organic traffic. With 3-5 years of experience in SEO, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of SEO executives and content writers. You will be required to develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance rankings, visibility, and traffic. Collaborating with the team to meet SEO goals within set timelines, you will conduct keyword research and optimize for Google My Business (GMB), local SEO, and organic search. Additionally, overseeing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities will be part of your duties. Monitoring performance metrics through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools is essential. You will also work on WordPress websites to optimize structure, content, and performance, while staying updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results, a strong grasp of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, and experience in managing and mentoring a small team. Hands-on familiarity with GMB, WordPress, and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Moz is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital, along with the ability to create and execute SEO strategies that align with business objectives. Knowledge of Google Ads and Keywords is also beneficial.
