About this opportunity

Join our team at Ericsson as a Senior Security Solution Architect, you will define and drive the telecom cybersecurity architecture strategy, align security architecture with business priorities, and regulatory requirements with extensive experience in security portfolio development.

What you will do:

Design secure architecture for complex, enterprise-scale systems across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
Lead threat modelling, risk assessments, and security posture evaluations Define and implement zero-trust, defense-in-depth, and least-privilege architecture Design experience of cyber security tools like IAM, EDR, SIEM, and Log Management solutions Deep understanding of 5G core architecture and threat surface. Technology Oversight: Evaluate and recommend security tools, technologies, and platforms Oversee the implementation of identity and access management (IAM), encryption, endpoint protection, SIEM, DLP, and other critical controls Ensure secure architecture integration in SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices AI Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure architectural compliance with standards such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 etc. Lead architecture reviews, gap analyses, and internal/external audit support Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and reference architectures Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects, engineers, and analysts Contribute to security awareness and training programs across the organization

You will bring

Experience:
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, including few years in a dedicated architecture or leadership role Deep expertise in security frameworks (NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK), architecture methodologies , and regulatory compliance Hands-on experience with security in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding of enterprise networks, applications, data protection, and identity management. Certifications (Preferred/Required): Preferred: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and risk-based decision-making Strong communication and executive presentation skills Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities Leadership and team collaboration Project and Change Management
