Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Security Engineer with 6 to 22 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer network defense, identity management, incident management, network security, and infrastructure design.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement secure network architectures to protect against cyber threats.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
Develop and maintain mitigation plans to prevent network vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in cybersecurity.
Provide expert guidance on security best practices to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of computer network defense, identity management, incident management, network security, and infrastructure design.
Ability to identify network attacks and systemic security issues.
Experience with threat modeling methodologies such as Stride, Pasta, or comparable.
Familiarity with interpreting log output from networking devices, operating systems, and infrastructure services.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (all OSI layers, protocols), OS and software vulnerability, and exploitation techniques.
Experience with commercial or open-source offensive security tools for reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation (e.g., Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite).
Industry experience of around 10 to 15 years.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity activities associated with requirements analysis, risk analytics and modeling, risk management; emerging issues, risks, vulnerabilities, and vulnerability assessment.
Strong understanding of the following: networking fundamentals (all OSI layers, protocols), OS and software vulnerability, and exploitation techniques, commercial or open-source offensive security tools for reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation (e.g., Metasploit, Nmap, Nessus, Burp Suite), and familiarity with interpreting log output from networking devices, operating systems, and infrastructure services.
Experience or working knowledge with threat modeling methodologies such as Stride, Pasta, or comparable experience visually representing data and process flows in an enterprise environment.
