Role Overview: As an experienced educator with a Graduation/Post-Graduation and B.Ed/M.Ed qualification, you will play a crucial role in nurturing young minds at Olive Mount Global School. Your 3 to 10 years of teaching experience will be essential in shaping the future of our students. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, implementing, evaluating, and providing feedback on the curriculum - Setting benchmarks for students and monitoring their progress towards learning goals - Offering a variety of materials and resources to facilitate active learning among children - Establishing and enforcing behavioural rules to maintain order in the classroom - Planning and leading activities to enhance physical, mental, and social development - Observing, evaluating, and documenting children's performance, behaviour, and health - Preparing the classroom and materials for engaging learning activities - Teaching and promoting proper eating habits and personal hygiene practices - Maintaining accurate student records to track progress and development Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-Graduation with B.Ed/M.Ed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Passion for children and innovative teaching methods - Creative and imaginative approach to education - Engaging personality with strong leadership and organisational abilities - Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes - Enthusiasm, stamina, patience, empathy, dedication, resilience, and self-discipline - Familiarity with CBSE/IGCSE Curriculum - Caring and nurturing attitude towards children - Willingness to be a lifelong learner and adapt to new teaching methodologies If you meet these qualifications and are ready to contribute to the holistic development of our students, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV to hr@olivemountglobalschool.com.
