Senior secondary Physics Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physics teacher for our senior secondary section (Classes XI & XII) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will inspire students, foster critical thinking, and prepare them for board examinations and competitive entrance tests (JEE/NEET).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Physics lessons for Classes XI and XII.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans in accordance with CBSE standards.
• Use modern teaching methods including labs, simulations, and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate students’ progress, and maintain records.
• Prepare students for board examinations, and offer support for competitive exams such as JEE and NEET.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions.
• Maintain discipline and encourage a safe, positive learning environment.
• Coordinate with the science department for lab usage, safety, and equipment management.
• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines and NEP education reforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school.
• Strong command of English with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with blended learning methods and digital tools like smart boards, simulations, or online platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
