Job Summary:

Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their jewellery needs with a personalized approach
  • Showcase gold, diamond, platinum, or other jewellery collections confidently
  • Explain product features, pricing, making charges, and certifications
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with walk-in and repeat customers
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Support junior sales staff with training and product knowledge
  • Coordinate with inventory, billing, and back-office teams for smooth operations
  • Handle customer complaints and service requests professionally
  • Maintain showroom display standards, hygiene, and stock safety
  • Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer preferences

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of jewellery (gold purity, stone grading, hallmarking, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and selling skills
  • Strong customer relationship management
  • Confidence in handling high-ticket transactions
  • Attention to detail and integrity
  • Basic computer skills (billing, CRM, stock checks)
