Position Title: SCM Warehouse for Bangalore
Years of Experience: 7-12 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or indirect procurement in a manufacturing or multinational environment.Job Experience: Minimum 5+ years working experience handling global warehouse end to end RFPs with a focus on the US, ASIA and EUROPE regions with skills in have experience with WHS RFPs, warehouse RFPs, 3PL management, warehouse contract management and warehouse pricing management at global level must.• Proven track record in managing high value 3PL RFPs, with a deep understanding of warehousing operations as well as CAPEX and OPEX structure in US, ASIA and EUROPE.• Working Hrs : Flexible to meet Business Requirements for supporting Global Operations• Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics & Engineering preferred. MBA or professional certifications (supply chain and operation) added advantage.Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:-Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation Skills, Logistics & Supply Chain Knowledge, Digital Procurement & Analytical Skills, Supplier Performance Management, Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance, Process Design & Operational Excellence, Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration, Result-Oriented & Agile Mindset, Data analytics and presentationDesirable Skills required:- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations. Keen attention to detail and accuracyAble to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers.
