Senior Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our dynamic research team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research projects aimed at advancing our understanding of drug mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct independent research in the field of life sciences, focusing on drug discovery and development.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate results.
• Analyze and interpret data using statistical and bioinformatics tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance research projects.
• Present findings to stakeholders and at scientific conferences.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide guidance on research methodologies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology).
• 1-6 years of experience in a research setting, preferably in drug discovery.
• Strong proficiency in laboratory techniques such as PCR, chromatography, and spectroscopy.
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, GraphPad Prism).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
