You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and communicating advanced analytical models. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior data scientists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve data-driven outcomes. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing advanced statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems. You will lead full-cycle analytics projects, from problem definition to data exploration, model development, evaluation, and deployment. Collaboration with stakeholders to align data science solutions with business goals, providing technical mentorship to junior team members, and translating complex modeling outputs into actionable insights for senior leadership will also be key aspects of your role. As for qualifications and skills, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Masters preferred). A minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics is required. You should have advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow. A strong grasp of statistical analysis, experimental design, model evaluation techniques, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in leading complex data projects, familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps practices will be advantageous.
