We are seeking a visionary leader with deep experience in school administration and pedagogy, to help us bridge the gap between technology and educational excellence.

• Lead partnerships and engagement with schools across India
• Support school leadership teams in integrating Duovarsity into their learning ecosystem
• Guide strategic implementation of adaptive learning systems in classrooms
• Train and mentor educators on best practices for digital learning adoption
• Monitor learning outcomes and provide actionable insights to improve student success
• Act as a key point of contact for schools and represent Duovarsity at events & workshops

• 15+ years of experience in school leadership, administration, or senior education management roles
• Proven track record in managing large school teams, improving academic outcomes, and implementing pedagogical innovations
• Strong understanding of digital learning platforms, EdTech trends, and data-driven education solutions
• Passion for improving education systems and empowering non-traditional learners
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educators, school management, and product teams
