Job Description

You should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience working on master data management topics. It is essential to have Business Analyst level experience with SAP modules like MM (mandatory) and/or PP, SD (desirable). Proficiency in SAP BAPI and experience with automation/efficiency tools like Winshuttle or similar software is required. Additionally, familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools such as PowerBi or similar platforms is preferred. Moreover, proficiency in Visual Basic or Excel Macro, as well as project management experience either as a Work Package Leader or in an active role within a complex project environment, is necessary. Experience in Product Change Management, ability to use Agile Project Management tools like JIRA, and knowledge of manufacturing and industrial processes are key requirements for this role. Soft skills required for this position include fluency in English, excellent communication skills to lead and persuade, collaborative attitude, proactive approach, and a project mindset. Experience with data transfer projects involving the movement of data from one site to another would be an advantage.,
