Job Description

Required qualifications:

11 - 15 years of overall IT experience with 2 full cycle project execution experience as EWM and RF functional consultant
Bachelor s Degree in Science, IS/IT, Engineering or equivalent in the related field of study
Excellent in identifying, translating business functionalities to team on Replenishment process, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Deconsolidation, Background Jobs, Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movement, CIF Process, RF designing and RF configuration related to EWM
Good working knowledge on CWM ( Catch Weight Management ) Process
Excellent experience in testing specific business scenario and confirming for release Go , No Go
Excellent understanding of EWM and RF functional understanding of Standard process
Excellent in configuration for Business need into SAP Standard process for EWM and RF
Excellent skill in understanding Retail Business processes
Ability to Reconcile test cases without losing functionality surrounding the business-driven process
Perform as an interface between client and delivery team on functional requirement gathering and transitioning to team
Good skill in documentation, good listener and dynamic thinking ability
Good understanding of SAP SD Process
Good understanding in SAP standard and integrating with business need Vs. customization based
Ability to functionally validate RF device output with Desktop interface
Ability to discover functional QA gaps through multiple walk throughs with various stakeholders and detailed analysis of the clients business processes
Ability to analyze the QA test results for failures, actively participated in project status meetings and enhancement meetings related to testing with project Stake holders
Ability on positive influence for project change management to customer through effective participation and value-added suggestion
Ability to define Business Requirements, Processes and analyze gaps through daily quality check on historic data against current outcomes and generate exception with recommendations for success
Ability to close track project backlogs and work with Project manager for change management
Aggressive self-starter, self-driven professional with positive mindset and hunger for project success
Must understand the test life cycle and SDLC process
