Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled SAP APM Commission This role will focus on ongoing enhancements, maintaining, configuring, and enhancing SAP APM Commission systems while streamlining workflows to ensure accurate commission payments
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP APM, knowledge of US healthcare domain knowledgeKey Responsibilities:Manage and configure SAP Callidus APM systemDesign and optimize broker/agency onboarding using workflows within the ICM system for broker, integration to SAP APM systems and other external systemsExperience in groovy scriptingCollaborate with stakeholders and other team members to gather requirements, implement, and provide technical solutions
Perform ongoing changes to APM systems as per the business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP APM system issues and workflow issues
Knowledge of API programming within SAP Advanced workflow is a plus
Document system configurations, changes, and process flows for compliance and knowledge sharing
Support testing, training, and change management initiatives
