Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Ariba Consultant

to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementations and support projects.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, Supplier Lifecycle, Guided Buying, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Ariba solutions with core SAP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA).
  • Provide end-to-end functional support including testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and prepare functional documentation.
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Ariba within the project team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of SAP Ariba experience, with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Ariba upstream and downstream modules.
  • Experience with Ariba integration to SAP ECC/S4HANA (via CIG or PI/PO/CPI).
  • Good understanding of procurement processes (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, Invoicing).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior consultants.

Nice to Have

  • SAP Ariba certification.
  • Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
