Job Title:

Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

Experience:

Job Summary:

Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute
test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
for Salesforce applications
Perform
manual and automated testing
on Salesforce customizations, Lightning components, and integrations
Conduct
functional, regression, smoke, system, and integration testing
Develop and maintain
automation test scripts
Track and manage defects using
Jira / Azure DevOps
Collaborate with developers and business teams in
Agile/Scrum environment
Mentor junior QA team members
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed

Primary Skills (Must Have):

Salesforce Testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Manual & Automation Testing
Salesforce Lightning Experience
Automation Tools:
Selenium / Provar / TestNG
Defect Tracking Tools:
Jira / Azure DevOps

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Understanding of
Salesforce Governor Limits & SOQL
Basic knowledge of
Apex & Visualforce
Experience with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitLab)
Test Management Tools:
TestRail / Zephyr
