Senior Salesforce Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Define, design, and implement enterprise-scale architecture leveraging Salesforce core capabilities, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and cross-cloud integrations. Lead technical design sessions and code reviews to ensure best practices.


• Technology Strategy: Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of Salesforce ecosystem within the enterprise, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.


• Cross-Platform Engineering: Lead complex integrations across Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS, and other enterprise systems. Champion data strategy and API-first design.


• Innovation Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization, performance tuning, and automation through DevOps and CI/CD best practices.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical advisor to business and product teams, translating high-level requirements into actionable, scalable solutions.


• Governance Standards: Establish engineering standards, enforce code quality, and ensure platform governance in collaboration with security and compliance teams.


• Mentorship Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers across multiple teams. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.


• Experience: 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in the Salesforce ecosystem including complex multi-cloud implementations.


• Technical Skills:


• Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud


• Deep experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and external integrations (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda)


• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD tooling (AutoRABIT, Azure DevOps), and source control


• Familiarity with Event-driven architecture, Pub/Sub, and modern API gateways


• Leadership Soft Skills:


• Strong architectural thinking, decision-making, and documentation skills


• Proven experience guiding distributed teams and cross-functional initiatives


• Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
