Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to ensure alignment with automotive business processes. Your key tasks will include supporting the build-out of reports and dashboards, managing data administration, and upholding data integrity. You will play a crucial role in recommending new features and improvements to optimize platform utility and user adoption. Your role will also involve providing technical specifications, maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations and business processes, and designing, building, and delivering tailored Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in incorporating advanced MuleSoft integrations will be essential for enhancing system capabilities. Adhering to best practices, you will design guidelines for security procedures and data handling, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to drive efficiencies in automotive workflows. Additionally, you will provide coaching on Salesforce administration and implementation best practices to enhance user experience and system utility. Utilizing Salesforce automation, you will streamline internal processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance workflow efficiency. Managing multiple stakeholder engagements, you will collaborate closely with relevant team members to understand project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop impactful technology solutions. Your role will also involve identifying project issues and risks, presenting viable alternatives for alleviating or resolving them, with a strong focus on maintaining system integrity and data security. Your qualifications should include three or more years of experience in technical implementations within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a background in CRM process design and implementation, particularly in the automotive industry. Additionally, you should possess advanced experience in Salesforce configurations and customizations, as well as expertise in enterprise integration tools, ETL processes, MuleSoft integration, and Keyloop DMS. Strong communication skills, immediate availability to join within 15 days, and 3-8 years of experience are essential screening criteria for this role. A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The position is remote and has a duration of at least 6+ months.
