Job Description

Salesforce Service Cloud Development:
- Develop custom solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Integration Development:
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Customization & Configuration:
- Customize Salesforce Service Cloud features like Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console according to client needs.
Automation:
- Implement process automation using Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
Testing & Deployment:
- Write unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure smooth deployment through Salesforce DX and change sets.
Performance Optimization:
- Optimize code, queries, and configurations to improve system performance and scalability.
Collaboration & Code Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
Experience with CI/CD processes in Salesforce development.
