Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Full-time Permanent Salesforce Developer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with over 7 years of experience, your main responsibility will be the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. Your focus will be on custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services, collaborating with other engineers and developers across different infrastructure layers for collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product creation. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: - Translating functional requirements into technical specifications - Designing and implementing high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code following best practices - Ensuring the application's quality and taking ownership of project work - Developing client relationships and identifying bugs during debugging - Writing test classes with over 85% code coverage, testing bug fixes, and validating and deploying them to production The qualifications and skills required for this position are: - Proficiency in Apex development - Experience with editors such as Visual Studio Code - Visualforce page development - Lightning component development (UI and JavaScript) - Optional experience in Lightning web components - Strong understanding of Salesforce Integration and Community Cloud - Effective communication with customers for Salesforce consultation - Excellent problem-solving skills - Hands-on administration setup experience - Ability to design custom objects, fields, picklists, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation Education background preferred includes BEng (IT, CE, CS, EC), BSc, MSc (CS), BCA, or MCA, and any Salesforce certification would be advantageous.
