The qualifications you need: 4+ years of hands-on work as a Salesforce Developer Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required) Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and its key capabilities (preferred) Skilled in Certinia PSA administration and development (a plus) Background working in Agile/Scrum teams, using tools like Jira Proficient in managing Salesforce deployments across development, UAT, and production environments using Copado or similar DevOps tools Solid understanding of platform architecture, data modeling, and integration best practices Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills Strong English skills and comfort working with international, cross-functional teams
