Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer

As a Salesforce Senior Developer at ChargePoint, you will be instrumental in realizing the full capability of the CRM by collaborating with business partners and product managers. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, documenting, and managing customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations for Sales, Service, and Marketing functions. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform - Provide detailed estimates for proposed solutions and articulate benefits and risks - Research and implement best solutions and approaches to requirements - Assist stakeholders in understanding Salesforce best practices and minimizing customizations - Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements - Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules - Build customized solutions supporting business requirements by developing in Visualforce, Apex - Communicate effectively with a globally distributed team Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in Computer Science - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Functionality administration and development - 3+ years of experience in architecting and designing Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud - Hands-on experience in implementing Salesforce CPQ & Billing End to End - Understanding of CPQ Engine, Rule, and Customization - Proficiency in APEX code Triggers, Classes, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, SOSL languages - Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas - Advanced front-end programming skills including LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Experience with agile software development processes - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist preferred ChargePoint is committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment guided by their core values.
