Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Temporary Position

As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst at our fast-growing international organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical teams. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements and translating them into Salesforce technical solutions, configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, developing Flows, apex classes, and triggers, and participating in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce releases. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions. - Maintain JIRA board for effective Project Management. - Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Develop Flows, apex classes, and triggers as per business needs. - Create and maintain technical documentation and functional specs. - Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce releases. - Provide user training demo and support during go-live and post-deployment phases. - Maintain Salesforce best practices and ensure system scalability. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent. - Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. - Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations. - Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes. - Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) would be a plus, along with experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and version control (Git), and exposure to industry-specific Salesforce solutions (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud).
