Senior Salesforce Business Analyst - Sales Cloud

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst on the Sales Cloud Team, you will be the primary point of contact for all Sales Cloud requests. Your role will involve managing the request queue efficiently, focusing on resolving impactful problems. Collaboration, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Triage and Prioritize: Review, analyze, and prioritize incoming Sales Cloud requests to ensure timely resolution of critical issues. - Business Analysis: Work closely with the US-based Operations team to understand their requirements, pain points, and business problems. Translate these into clear, actionable requirements for the technical team. - Solution Design: Collaborate with technical Salesforce experts to develop solutions aligned with business objectives and technical best practices. - Communication: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, providing regular updates and explaining technical solutions in a user-friendly manner. - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support requests, requirements, and solution designs. Qualification Required: - Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment. At least 4 years of experience specifically with the Sales Cloud platform. - Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce, particularly the Sales Cloud platform. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as regular communication with the US-based Operations team is required. - Problem-Solving: Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, capable of identifying root causes and proposing logical solutions. - Collaboration: Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams. - Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,
