Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist

As a RevOps Specialist, you’ll manage and optimize our Salesforce environment, ensuring the systems and processes that power our go-to-market teams run seamlessly. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive operational excellence. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role plays a key part in helping MediaValet scale efficiently and make data-informed decisions that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
• Monitor system health, permissions, and user access.

User Support & Training

• Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive support to users.
• Deliver training sessions and documentation to drive adoption and best practices.

Customization & Configuration

• Configure Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and fields to meet business needs.
• Support feature rollouts and enhancements that improve team efficiency.

Data Integrity & Governance

• Maintain clean, reliable data through imports, audits, and regular cleansing.
• Ensure data accuracy across integrated tools and systems.

Process Optimization & Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve processes and optimize workflows.
• Support change management, testing, deployment, and validation for new releases or updates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, and security settings.
• Experience maintaining data accuracy using Data Loader or similar tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain organized and accurate records.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or integrations with tools like HubSpot or ZoomInfo.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
