We support all new staff with onboarding, training, and tools to help them succeed.

Job Description:

As a Digital Sales Associate and Digital Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients online or in person to promote and sell offshore business licenses. The role starts at the associate level, with clear opportunities for promotion to a managerial position based on performance. This is a results-driven role, best suited for someone self-motivated, organized, and eager to earn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage potential clients through phone calls, messages, and emails
• Introduce and explain our offshore licensing services clearly
• Work with the team using our work chat and the tools provided
• Maintain regular follow-ups and professional communication
• Close deals and help clients through the purchase process
• Attend training sessions and learn about licensing services
• Take on team leadership duties as you grow into the Sales Manager role

Requirements:

• Strong self-discipline and the ability to stay focused while working online
• A serious desire to earn money and grow financially
• Must be motivated, consistent, and hardworking
• Able to follow instructions, meet goals, and work independently
• Access to a computer or smartphone with internet
• Willingness to learn and stay committed to the job

Compensation:

• First 3 Months: Fixed Pay: $400 - $600
• After 3 Months: 5% commission bonus per license sold
• High income potential for dedicated and hard-working individuals
